Attestra would like to inform bovine, ovine and cervid producers that the Allflex identifier supplier is currently experiencing problems with producing orders, which is causing delays in delivery.

Since November 17, following an update of its computer system, Allflex has gradually restarted production, but has not yet reached an optimal production rate.

Although the delays caused are beyond our control, rest assured that Attestra is closely monitoring the situation with the supplier. Our customer service agents are doing everything possible to offer producers the best possible service until the situation returns to normal.

Please note that in case of emergency, producers can contact a customer service agent to place orders from existing inventory (identifiers on hand at the Longueuil office). Orders must be placed before December 23 by calling 1-866-270-4319, but certain rules apply:

1. 1. 1. Spare sets of identifiers cannot be sold individually, only packs of 10, 30 or 50 sets of identifiers are for sale;
      2. Only identifiers with regular markings are available;
      3. The quantity available for sale to each person/entity is limited;
      4. Delivery time will be approximately 5 working days.
