COVID-19 | Maintaining Service

Since March 18, 2020, Agri-Traçabilité Québec (ATQ) has continued its activities and has put in place measures to ensure service to producers while at the same time following the guidelines issued by the government:

• In order to limit the presence of employees at the workplace, until further notice, all employees will work from home.

• Customer service agents can be reached by telephone at the usual numbers during regular office hours, however we would encourage you to make your declarations electronically.

• Identifiers can be ordered as usual.

• The ordering service for identifiers in inventory (identifiers held in reserve at ATQ) and equipment rental service (electronic reader sticks for identifiers) have been suspended until further notice.
