Qu\u00e9bec?<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fa7e2d1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fa7e2d1\" for all stakeholders involved in the traceability of excavated contaminated soil, such as owners of contaminated soil, transporters and receiving sites. For cases covered by the Regulation respecting the traceability of excavated contaminated soil \u00a0(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.environnement.gouv.qc.ca\/sol\/terrains\/loi-reg.htm#tracabilite\">R\u00e8glement concernant la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 des sols contamin\u00e9s excav\u00e9s, in French only)<\/a>, fees per metric tonne are applicable under the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.legisquebec.gouv.qc.ca\/en\/document\/cr\/M-11.6,%20r.%201?&amp;target=\">Regulation respecting the fees payable with respect to the traceability of excavated contaminated soils<\/a>.
